I don’t know if a stud driver will work. Can I get a stud driver on a trial basis?

Unfortunately we cannot allow stud drivers to be used on a trial basis. We cannot resell a used stud driver as new. Instead, we recommend that you send samples so that we can help you to select the best tool for your application.

How long does it take to test studs and quote a tool for a new application?

Generally, the day we receive your stud samples you will receive a quote with different stud driver options. On rare occasions the sample studs may require a special part or modification that would require additional time to test and quote.

Where do I send my sample studs?

You can send samples to the following address:

Titan Tool Company, Inc.
7410 West Ridge Road
Fairview, PA 16415

For fastest service, please be sure to enclose your information with your sample studs. (Name, telephone, email, mailing address)

A part of my stud driver is worn or broken; do I have to buy a brand new tool?

Individual parts may be purchased for virtually all Titan stud drivers.

Alternatively, the best way to decide is to send the stud driver to Titan Tool Company for inspection. A skilled department head will inspect every part of the tool and submit a report regarding worn or broken parts. Titan will recommend either fixing the tool or purchasing a new one. Ultimately, it is up to the customer to decide.

Do you repair used tools?

Yes. We inspect, re-machine, re-lubricate, or replace worn parts. This is usually a same day service for most standard tools.

Do you make stud drivers for special applications?

Yes. There are applications that require specific modifications to our stud drivers. We are experts in creating solutions to unique applications. It is best to send samples and speak with a technical representative at Titan about your application.

Are your stud drivers stock items?

Virtually all our stud drivers are stock items and will be shipped the same day of receiving a purchase order. There are rare occasions where we are out of stock due to high demand or parts having to be specially made. It is best to contact Titan and check with a representative.
